We understand your day-to-day operations heavily depend on a seamless calendar synchronization. To this end, our team has been dedicated to ensuring that your ongoing operations are not disrupted inadvertently. Hence, we have rolled out an update wherein, any time a sync is disrupted, we will automatically send an email to notify you about the situation along with detailed instructions on how to rectify it.

The New Update Includes:

  • An automated notification system targeting any sync disruptions, allowing you to regain control over your calendar synchronization immediately.
  • This new feature spans across Google Calendar, iCal, Outlook, and Zoom Conferencing.
  • Enhanced accuracy in reaching out to the user who needs to undertake the necessary action and reestablish the sync.

Steps to Use The Updated Feature:

The process of utilizing this amazing feature has been kept straightforward and convenient:

  1. When a sync disruption occurs, an automatic email will shoot up to your inbox.
  2. Post receiving the email, you will either log in directly to the app.
  3. An alternative to logging in directly, you can also use the link provided in the email.
  4. The email will dutifully guide you with detailed instructions on how to resync your specific calendar.

Once you log in, all you have to do is maneuver through Settings > My Profile/Integrations and follow the steps as laid down in the mail.
