We are excited to bring you our latest enhancement to mobile payments – the ability to add taxes and discounts directly to a point-of-sale (POS) transaction. With this new feature, users can link tax details to products and the attached tax will be applied automatically at checkout when the product is added to the cart using the Product Catalog. In addition, you also now have the option of applying a custom percentage discount to the total amount on the checkout screen. This feature is available on our Leads 365 and Leadconnector apps, and on Whitelabelled apps upon update request.
To attach taxes to a product, navigate to the payment section on Leads 365, then select settings. From here, you will have the ability to create new taxes. Any taxes you create will then be accessible inside the Product builder feature of the mobile app.
This update empowers admins and users with the convenience of adding taxes to transactions. This process streamlining importantly eases the checkout process for your customers.
