Create and Schedule your Instagram Reels, Effortlessly
Creating and scheduling Instagram Reels on Leads 365 is straightforward:
- Navigate to

- If you have already connected your Instagram Business Account, you’re set; if not, kindly follow the instructions laid out in this help article.
- Next, select the Instagram Business Account(s) you wish to post the Reel to.
- Look for the tab labeled ‘Reels’ and get down to creating your Instagram Reel.
Please note, we suggest videos up to 1GB and thumbnails up to 8MB. The ideal aspect ratio is 9:16, with a recommended duration between 3 seconds minimum and 15 minutes maximum. Accepted formats include MOV or MP4.
- Once your Instagram Reel is ready, you can select the scheduling date and time, and you’re done!
