Enhancing Your Calendar: Introducing the Consent Checkbox
We're thrilled to announce that our Calendar settings now include a Consent Checkbox, a handy feature that will appear on the booking form when your contacts schedule appointments. This enhancement is aimed at ensuring that you're in compliance with A2P 10 DLC regulations and allows you to capture vital consent information from your contacts.

Getting Started with the Consent Checkbox
While configuring your Calendar settings and selecting a default form, you'll now notice a "show consent checkbox" option.
This feature is enabled by default for ease of use and convenience, but you have the option to disable it if needed.
We recommend keeping the Consent Checkbox enabled to ensure that you capture important data such as consent and the contact's IP address during the appointment booking process.

How to Access Consent Details
Once an appointment with consent is booked, you can quickly review the consent details in two ways:
Appointment List View: View consent details directly from the Appointment List by selecting the "View Consent" option in the menu next to your chosen appointment.
Contact's Activity Tab: Consent information can also be found next to relevant appointments in the Contact's Activity tab. By clicking this special icon, you can view important appointment details, including the agreed upon consent text and the contact’s IP address at the time the consent was given.
