Introducing the Auto Responder: Enhance Your Interaction with Form and Survey Respondents

We’re excited to announce a new feature to enhance your interaction with form and survey respondents – the Auto Responder. This highly-requested feature has come to life, thanks to your valuable feedback.

What’s New?

Our user interface now includes a Notifications icon in the secondary header. This will guide you to the new Auto Responder feature for easy setup and customization.

How It Works

Here’s a breakdown of how you can start using the Auto Responder:

  • Access the Auto Responder Sidebar: To use Auto Responder, click on the new Bell icon, which opens the Auto Responder sidebar.
  • Customize Auto Responder Settings: Within the sidebar, you can customize the settings:
    • Subject: Define the subject line of the auto-response email. If left blank, the form or survey name will be used automatically.
    • Reply-To Email: Specify the email address that respondents can reply to.
    • Sender Name: Set the sender’s name. If this is left blank, it will default to your location or agency name.

Once you have customized these settings, save them and let your forms and surveys interact with respondents automatically.
