We are happy to announce that from August 10th, 2023, we've launched the Standard Brand registration offering. This is a significant step up from the Low Volume Standard Registration, offering a higher daily sending limit approved by the TCR (The Campaign Registry).
The Standard Brand registration is tailor-made for customers who require a much larger sending capacity. However, only customers with a valid Tax ID (or EIN for US businesses) are eligible for this kind of registration. Apart from a significantly higher sending capacity of up to 200,000 message segments per day, Standard Brand registration also allows multiple phone numbers per campaign, unlike Sole Proprietor Brands.
For new registration, you can navigate via Account Settings ➡️ Phone Numbers ➡️ Trust Center. Complete the registration steps by following the prompts, and voila – you're done! Once the Brand is approved, the campaign will be automatically submitted for review.
Remember, from August 31st, all unregistered traffic will be blocked. All Sole Proprietor Brands with "Info Needed" status would also be mandated to complete the OTP verification, failing which the brands will be removed and deleted. We recommend taking advantage of the current turn-around time for A2P Campaign registration, which is under two weeks.
