We’re delighted to announce a significant update to Leads 365. Now, you can create proposal and estimate templates to deliver a uniform, professional experience to potential clients. It not only aids in faster document creation but also supports automation within your workflows.
You can now directly convert current proposal or estimate documents into a template using the "Convert to Template" feature and name it as per your preference. The information envisaged in your proposals or estimates remains intact in these templates, except for the recipient details.
Users can also assign signature elements within these templates to themselves, allowing you to facilitate one of the signees in every proposal or estimate sent to a potential client.
Your templates will be accessible within the Templates page under Proposals and Estimates. Moreover, quick action features available on the templates page enables you to use your templates effortlessly.
The freedom to modify, rename, or delete templates at any time renders greater flexibility in the process.
