We're thrilled to announce a brand new feature that will streamline the invoicing process for businesses. Now, you can create custom invoice templates to quickly and easily generate one-time or recurring invoices. This feature also enables invoices to be sent directly through workflow automation using the created templates.
To enable this feature, navigate to
Settings, then select
Labs, and enable the feature.
After an invoice has been created, you have the option to convert it into a template. This is done using the 'Convert to Template' action. Once converted, you can name the template making it accessible for future invoicing needs.
Templates can be filled out will all necessary information, including business data, logo, invoice title, product line items, applicable taxes, discounts, and terms. The customer's information, issue date, and due date can be autofilled when sending the invoice, as per the invoice's settings.
These custom templates can be viewed anytime under the
Templates section in the Invoicing option. You'll have quick action options on this page, which allows for the implementation of the template into a one-time invoice or recurring billing.
The flexibility doesn't stop there. You have the liberty to modify, rename, or delete these templates anytime as needed.
