We are excited to share that now you can communicate more effectively with your international leads, thanks to the new Internationalisation support offered in our chat widget. This feature facilitates multi-lingual communication by enabling users to interact using their preferred language.

Key Update: Extended Language Support

Spanning across continents, our language support now covers an array of languages:

  • German
  • Spanish
  • French (Both France and Canada)
  • Dutch
  • Portuguese (Both Portugal and Brazil)
  • Italian
  • Swedish
  • Finnish
  • Norwegian

These newly supported languages empower users to interact with all relevant information, instructions, and prompts in their chosen language.

Enabling Language Support

To make the most of this feature, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to 'Sub-Account > Sites' on your account.
  2. Go to the 'Chat Widget' section.
  3. Opt for your 'Language Preference'.

After setting the language preferences, users need to update the chat widget code at relevant places.

Enhanced User Experience

In our ongoing effort to provide an efficient and seamless user experience, we have enhanced our chat widget's functionality. Users can now modify the CTA/Button name, refining how they engage with their target audience.
