The improved contact finding feature in your account allows you to easily locate a contact from Inbound Webhook Trigger or custom Marketplace Triggers. You can do this using any of the standard/custom field values. For example, you could use the "Contact ID" or a custom field like "Stripe Customer ID".
In case multiple fields are configured, the improved action will search for a contact that matches all field values. This ensures absolute precision in your results and saves time on contact searches.
An additional exciting feature is that the action will be skipped if a contact is already part of the execution, making the process smarter, effortless and more effective.
