We’ve got you covered! With our latest update, you can now upload your own background for publishing reviews on Social Planner. This gives you the opportunity to add a personal touch while creating a visually appealing background for your customer reviews.

Here’s how you can upload your own background to review posts in Social Planner:

1. Navigate to Marketing > Social Planner on your dashboard.
2. In Social Planner, connect your socials for scheduling and publishing posts.
3. Select ‘Create New Post’, and you’ll find the option for a ‘Review Post’.

4. Choose the integration in the dropdown menu of GMB and Facebook.

5. Here’s where the personalized experience comes in: add your own multiple backgrounds or select from a list. The background will rotate while posting the reviews, adding a unique touch to each review.
6. Choose the number of stars for which you would like to publish customer reviews.
7. Determine the number of posts to be done in a day, week, and month, and choose a specific time for posting these reviews.
