With this, you'll be able to utilize templates created within the invoice module to define the invoice details that are sent out to customers. This feature can be activated from your Account Settings.
The 'Send Invoice' action allows businesses to effortlessly organize essential information by defining the action name, sender details through the From User
option, and choosing a template from the existing ones created inside invoices. This coupled with the choice of the payment mode simplifies the billing process, making it another worry off your list.
Moreover, whether it is the default or a custom template defined within the invoice settings, they will be used to dispatch the invoice from workflows, adding another level of ease and convenience.
You now have the power to fulfill numerous use cases such as sending an invoice post booking an appointment, changing an opportunity status, attaching a tag to a contact, or any other existing trigger.
