Visualize and Track Your Calls More Effectively
We are excited to announce the addition of 13 powerful call tracking widgets to your dashboard. These widgets are designed to provide detailed insights into your call activities. With these new widgets, performance tracking is literally at your fingertips.
Here’s what you can now monitor on your dashboard:
- Incoming Calls by Status: Displays a grouped count of incoming calls based on their status.
- Outgoing Calls by Status: Displays a grouped count of outgoing calls based on their status.
- Incoming Calls Total Call Duration: Shows the total duration of all incoming calls.
- Outgoing Calls Total Call Duration: Shows the total duration of all outgoing calls.
- Incoming Calls Avg. Call Duration: Showcases the average duration of all incoming calls.
- Outgoing Calls Avg. Call Duration: Highlights the average duration of all outgoing calls.
- Total Calls Placed by Call Attendee: Shows the total outgoing calls grouped by the user who made the call.
- Incoming Calls Avg. Call Duration by Call Attendee: Displays the average duration of incoming calls grouped by the user who attended the call.
- Outgoing Calls Avg. Call Duration by Call Attendee: Shows the average duration of outgoing calls grouped by the user who made the call.
- First Time Call by Status: Provides a count of incoming calls received for the first time, grouped by status.
- First Time Call Avg Duration: Offers the average duration of incoming calls received for the first time.
- First Time Call Avg Duration by Call Attendee: Displays the average duration of first-time incoming calls grouped by the user who attended the call.
- First Time Call Total Duration: Showcases the total duration of incoming calls received for the first time.
The term ‘Call attendee’ refers to your team member who participated in the call, either by making or receiving the call.
To gain valuable insights into your team’s call performance, explore these widgets and try out the various properties and filters including Call Status, Advanced Settings, Direction, Assigned To, Call Attended By, and Source Type. These tools will help you to optimize your team’s performance and enhance your dashboard experience.
