We are thrilled to announce some exciting updates to our Workflow Opportunities. Our hard-working teams behind the scenes have been beavering away on some improvements that are set to make managing your opportunities even easier.
First off, Opportunity Custom Fields are now accessible in our Create/Update Opportunity action. This means you can now apply more segmentation and detailed criteria to your opportunities, allowing for a more granular approach to the management of your sales processes.
We've also enhanced our triggers. Now, the Opportunity Status Changed trigger includes filters for 'Assigned to' and 'Lead value.' We also added filters for 'Status,' 'Assigned to,' and 'Lead value' to the Pipeline Stage Changed and Stale Opportunity triggers. These improvements give you more control over trigger activations, further refining the way you manage your workflows.
In line with making all aspects of workflows as customizable and flexible as possible, we've expanded our If/Else conditions and Custom Variables options. You can now include Opportunity Name, Opportunity Status, and Opportunity custom fields. These enhancements provide greater flexibility and control over your workflows' behavior, ensuring they align seamlessly with your business processes.
