Introducing the Grant Group Access Action

This new feature enables you to add users to your community groups directly from your workflows. With this update, managing who can access your communal spaces has become more fluid and flexible. This is especially useful when onboarding new users or expanding existing groups.

Revoke Group Access Action Now Available

The ability to remove users from communities via workflows is another major feature we've implemented. This provides more fine-tuned control over the members of your community groups, making membership management a breeze.

New Triggers for Enhanced Community Management

We've also rolled out two useful triggers:

  • Group Access Granted Trigger: Activate a workflow whenever a new user joins one of your communities. Setting up automated responses or actions when growing your groups is now an effortless process.

  • Group Access Revoked Trigger: Use this to trigger an action in your workflow when a user is removed from your group. For instance, you could set up an automated email to follow up on their experience.
