Keeping this in mind, we’re rolling out functionality that will enable you to Cc and Bcc emails when sending out invoices. Whether it’s one-time or recurring invoicing, this feature is designed to make your life simpler.
Now if a contact is configured with any secondary emails alongside their primary email, those will be available for selection when sending out the invoice. What this means is that with this update, business owners can effortlessly loop in all the necessary stakeholders while issuing out an invoice, without having to manually add every one of them each time.
This addition will prove especially beneficial where it’s not just the primary contact that needs to know about the invoicing. Additional stakeholders, partners, or secondary contacts can easily be kept in the loop. The feature provides complete transparency in business transactions.
