We are excited to announce that we’ve rolled out three beneficial updates to optimize our Copy Contact Action. The latest updates aim to improve data accuracy, streamline contact management, and enhance user flexibility.

Our system now intelligently recognizes and updates existing contacts within your account. If a contact already exists in your account, and you engage the Copy Contact Action with “Update contact if it already exists” enabled, the contact details will be automatically updated. This handy feature enhances data accuracy and saves substantial time. If the contact does not exist in your account, the system will create a new one, ensuring no potential lead is missed.
Managing your contacts with precision and effectiveness has never been easier, thanks to our “Add Tags to Account” feature. Now, you can assign multiple tags to the newly copied contacts in your account, either by choosing tags from the source contact information or manually creating new ones. This feature allows you to keep your contacts well-organized, enabling smoother operations.
We understand that quality contact information is essential for successful lead management. Therefore, our latest update allows the system to skip copying a contact if it does not have essential details like an Email or a Name. This prevents cluttering your account with incomplete contact information and allows you to focus on valuable leads.
With these new updates applied to our Copy Contact Action, we hope to streamline your contact management experience and facilitate seamless operations.
