With this most recent update, users can effortlessly alter the subject line of email messages that are being sent out coupled with contracts and various documents. Previous to this change, the user’s capacity for editing was solely limited to manipulating the Body template and unequivocally excluded modifying the subject of the email.
Getting the hang of this new feature is a cakewalk, and here’s how you go about it:
Our users used to face a considerable challenge as they couldn’t alter the subject line being sent to their customers encapsulating important documents or contracts. This particular oversight led to an odd hiccup in our otherwise flexible system. Considering your invaluable feedback, we took the issue to our drawing board and, voila, we now present you with an upgrade that will hopefully bridge this gap and empower your communication with your customers.
