As part of our continuous efforts to provide you with more efficient ways to grow your business, we are thrilled to announce that you can now create coupon codes for both one-time and recurring products. This update will provide a new approach to maximize your revenues while giving your valued customers more incentive to avail of your offerings.
Accessible under the Payments menu on the Coupons page, you now have the option to restrict your coupons for specific products only or limit the total number of times a coupon could be redeemed. This offers greater control over your promotions and how they interact with your product range.
What’s more, you can now extend the value of the coupon code to future payments. If you check this new option, the discount will apply to all subsequent transactions for the subscription product.
Conversely, if you leave this option unchecked, the coupon code will only apply a discount on the first payment as the customer submits the order form. The subsequent charges will return to the full recurring price of the product.
This flexibility extends to how you want your coupon codes to apply, providing you with more control over your coupon code strategy.
You can now leverage these enhancements to better tailor your strategies to your customer base and boost your conversions more effectively.
We’re confident that this new feature will let you drive more business and deliver a better customer experience overall. You can immediately start taking advantage of this feature on the Payments menu.
